Position Summary:

E-Commerce and Digital Media Specialist to facilitate e-commerce operations and paid media initiatives. The ideal candidate will know and understand aspects of Paid Search, Google Ads, & Social Media ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and aspects like creating ads, understanding bid, CPC, and CTR strategies. This position is best suited for someone who Excels in a data-driven, fast-paced, results-oriented, start-up environment. This person should be an organized, detail-oriented individual who can juggle a large catalog across multiple verticals to drive high ROAS strategy.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts: Manage Google and Social Media Ad accounts

Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive Google & Social Media Ad strategies aligned with company goals and target audiences.

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords for ad campaigns.

Ad Creation: Coordinate content, copy, audience and destination to create winning ads.

Campaign Setup: Set up and manage Google & Social Media Ads campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and bid management.

A/B Testing: Continuously perform A/B testing of ad elements to refine and enhance campaign performance.

Conversion Tracking: Implement and monitor conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations for optimizing performance.

Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and optimal results.

Assist Shopify Operations: Create new products, upload content, facilitate promotions, and assist with reporting.

Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google & Social Media Ad updates, and best practices to drive innovation and success.

Ideal Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent demonstrated work experience. Ability to present against an effective paid media strategy applicant has deployed on a comprehensive marketing plan.

2 Years Experience with Facebook/Google Ads/Shopify. Certifications and apparel industry experience are a plus.
