Josh Barnes, founder & managing Director

Josh Barnes is the founder of eXsupero, headquartered in Maryland that secures the most sought-after and integral professionals for its’ clients while positioning business opportunities that build its’ clients brand, vision and profitability.

Before devoting his work full-time to eXsupero, Josh served as an Account Executive, Senior Recruiter and Recruiting Team Leader for other firms whose clients included: T. Rowe Price, Legg Mason, Hilton Hotels, Sargento Foods, Deloitte and UPS.

Josh generated $8 million in billable revenue multiple years in a row, while averaging nearly 50 consultants on-billing whose average job tenure was 23 months. Josh also spearheaded efforts to earn new clients with breakthrough staffing placements.

Growing up in Maryland, Josh began his working life at the age of 14 while working in restaurants over 15 years, which began his career in professional service to others.

In addition to building the staffing firm of choice by employers, Josh is a proud a baseball & tee-ball coach. He is a great supporter of Maryland, its sports, arts, culture and diversity, and he believes wholeheartedly in fostering outstanding employment for everyone. Josh enjoys cooking simple, or elaborate home cooked meals rooted in his culinary education at the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
